I am having a very frustrating time trying to solve this problem. While playing BF3, about 5-20 minutes of playing time, it always crashes with a DirectX error saying something like this "GetDeviceRemovedReason; Device hung due to badly formed commands: 7900 Series"
During the 5-20 minutes of game time I get, the game seems to run perfectly fine. On my 7950, I have tried underclocking, boosting the power limit, boosting the voltage a bit, installing new GPU drivers, and running origin as administrator (heard all these might work from countless forums online). System specs in Sig. I am thinking of it now, but maybe I need to lower the settings because my eyefinity setup is eating up all the ram? Will try running at 1080p soon and see what happens. Thanks!

Well, I'm glad to see AMD has this as well (all the 320.xx NVIDIA drivers are crap). Have you tried re installing DirectX? I have no expertise on eyefinity and AMD cards so that's all I got : ( Hope you get it figured out.

You can download it here

I believe there is an option to 'repair' direct x, which I assume jsut means reinstalling it. I have not tested it myself.
